As a producer-independent service provider we prepare invitations to tender in accordance with the following German regulations:
-Regulations Governing Construction Contracts
-Regulations Governing Industrial Performance Contracts
-Civil Code
Depending on the conditions specified, tenders will be invited freely,
restrictively, publicly or Europe-wide.
The evaluation of submitted tenders will be effected by thoroughly checking
the degree of fulfillment of the concrete technical and procedural details
laid down in the performance specification.
We also offer our support in the evaluation of tenders received in response
to outside invitations.
