Planning Process for Audio, Video,
Communication and Data Systems |

Basing on the tasks envisaged and utilization
requirements, an outline of the systems to be planned is prepared, in the
course of which alternative solutions are checked and components of different
manufacture compared. The outline comprises the dimensioning of all system
components. Circuit diagrams and building drawings are produced.
A detailed cost calculation results from this planning phase. |

An execution plan including cable lists,
detail drawings, rack equipment and all other necessary specifications
creates the conditions for the invitation of tenders for the realization
of the project.
An intensive dialogue with all partners involved takes place in all
planning phases. Necessary information as to static, fire and heat loads,
installed electrical load, slotting and cutting plans, etc., is issued
by us in due course.
